“Best Vacation” | Reviewed on Yelp 6.29.2015 | 5 Stars

My Family and I rented cabin here and had what I will say is the "Best Vacation".  From the time I reserved the cabin, to checkout all was good. Neil was on site and helped with any questions or just to check up on guests needs. We fell in love with Barney & Shadow the camp dogs. my granddaughter had great time playing in creek and playground areas. My husband had great time fishing catching big bass. we had rented a cabin that was for sleeping 8. it was so roomy and clean. only   thing that would make it better is a general store so you don't have to leave the great atmosphere. thanks for great time. thanks again to Neil you made it so simple to just relax. Thanks, Chip & Eve Shoffstall

“Great weekend getaway” | Reviewed October 3, 2014

Valley Branch Retreat, or Explore Brown County, is an excellent place for any group! Whether its friends, family, or for a special event, VBR has so much to offer to ensure a memorable trip! Whether you're looking for a relaxing weekend of camping or a thrilling weekend of zip lining, paintballing, and 4 wheeling, this place has it all. And the best part is, it’s extremely affordable! Where else can you stay in lodging for $15 a head? We also liked the fact Nashville, IN is only about 10-15 minute drive for any grocery needs or to visit all the shops they offer. The biggest factor in what made our group trip so memorable was the accommodating staff. We will definitely be back soon again! Warren R. Hammond, Indiana, United States

"Weekend Retreat” | Reviewed October 13, 2014

We have spent the last 6 months camping nearly every weekend at Explore Brown County. Our children and grandchildren as well as many of our friends and family have been down to Zip line, fish, and camp and every weekend has been nothing but GREAT MEMORIES. Yes, there are the occasional "unruly people" however the Staff particularly Mike and Tyler has ensured that they have addressed all our concerns immediately. This place has become a weekend retreat for our family and friends and we look forward to many more great memories to come. They treat our children as part of their own family and look after them with great care. Thank you for your excellent customer service and the friendships developed over these past few months! We absolutely loved the primitive camp site at Valley Branch Retreat. It was peaceful, beautiful scenery and extremely friendly, helpful staff. We will be back for sure! Thank you for making our mini vacation an enjoyable time!
